Crabworks began as a two-week pop-up in Whitstable Harbour Market at the end of summer 2022, offering fresh, creative seafood small plates. The overwhelming response led us to take on a permanent spot, where we've spent the last two years building a loyal following.
At Crabworks, we serve up bold, unconventional seafood dishes that go beyond the usual fish and chips. Our signature Soft Shell Crab Brioche Roll is a crowd favourite, alongside hits like Mussel Popcorn, crispy Calamari, and freshly shucked Whitstable Oysters. With a mix of street food flair and quality ingredients, every plate is designed to be fresh and flavourful.
As our reputation has grown, we have expanded into the festival scene, bringing our unique take on seafood to events across Kent and beyond, from the Kent County Show to the Isle of Wight Festival. Find out more info and dates of events here.
